Club Xotix Re-Opening
Two floors of singing, dancing, and partying at the famous club Xotix.
The Details
It has been a while, but I think that the time is right for a PARTY at my place! Call it my house re-warming (for those of you who don't know, a tree fell on it; and this is first time I'm hosting a party after that momentus occasion), call it a pre-halloween party, call it about damn time....whatever, just come on down! For the uninitiated, there'll be some wailing (karaoke), some flailing (DDR) and even some DJ'ing; and most definitely lots of fun and drink. DJ X and DJ Bravo will be spinning some tunes in the basement and the rest of us will be having some embarrassing moments on the main floor at karaoke and DDR.
Requests
I'll be providing some drinks and snacks but would really appreciate it if you could contribute to the pool and birng some of your favorite drinks and snacks to keep the party going. Hope to see you all there!!!!!

Many thanks to Derrick, my sidekick DJ Bravo, and everyone involved in the club-thumpin' roof-bumpin', floor-thumpin' Club Xotix party. The dual dance floor event went off well as DDR and Karaokeyer's got silly upstairs while DJ's Bravo and X amped up the decibels downstairs.
DJ Requests
The downstairs party was trance-centric, but DJ's were open to requests. For the next event, to promote requests (and make sure we have them) we're going to open a "request list" before the event, and we guarantee that if you post your request within the specified timeframe it will be played at the party. We're also going to take votes on the music theme and weight the rotation accordingly (hip hop, 80's, disco, techno, jungle, folk ;) ) Stay tuned to TNBC.net for details on the next Club Xotix party.
