It has been a while since we had one of these; and I guess, like so many other events lately, we're about due for another. If someone can order the pizza (or whatever food suits your fancy, as long as you order enough for all of us), I'll spring for the beer (there's still lots left from the last party)....we should be set. Anyhoo...last I heard we have have a choice of movies:

• Ghost in the Shell II
• Akira

For the uninitiated, do not fret. Anime is not a dirty word that might refer to a type of movie that I am occasionally associated with. Anime actually refers to a genre of movies and TV shows that feature japanese and/or computer animation. And you have been carefully selected to be part of our exclusive little audience for this feature. Hope to see the usual suspects and unsuspecting anime virgins there!!!!
